My CRM Survey...

I'm currently working on my Master's dissertation, and thats why I dont have much time to maintain this blog.

I would request anyone who is currently here by any chance to help me with this project by actually answering my short survey on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and its effects on employees in organizations.  The whole survey shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to complete.  Appreciate your efforts and thanks in advance.
